  1. Processing Time

1.1 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

1.2 You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: ₹100 flat rate (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: ₹200 flat rate (2-3 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over ₹2000

2.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: ₹500 flat rate (10-20 business days)
  • Express International Shipping: ₹1000 flat rate (5-10 business days)

2.3 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

3.1 You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

4.1 NISPRIT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  1. Damages

5.1 NISPRIT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

5.2 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  1. Incorrect Addresses and P.O. Boxes

6.1 We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all delivery information is correct to avoid delays.

6.2 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

7.1 Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

7.2 If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you to arrange for an alternative solution.
